  1. Great information. I love to sit down with a cup of tea after work. For me, it is usually oolong tea, but that usually has a pretty high level of caffeine. The hibiscus tea looks great to me, so I will have to give that a try.

      It is very refreshing and relaxing. I would love to try oolong tea. My favorite teas are peppermint and hibiscus.
