Lately, I feel a lot of stress and anxiety about my career, financial situation, relationships, and other stuff. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed even if I know so many ways to reduce stress, I still struggle from time to time.
Now it’s the time when I constantly struggle with my anxiety and stress, and I need something to at least take my mind off it.
Yes, it feels like my anxiety returned again, but now I am more able to deal with it than I was in the past.
Lately, going to the concert became one of the best ways to relieve stress and anxiety. Maybe it can relieve stress for you too. I found out that there is one study that shows that going to the concert is an amazing way to reduce stress.

Researchers found out that attending to live music events can reduce your stress levels.
It seems that I am not the only one who benefits this way after going to live music events. It not only can make you feel great but also relieves stress and anxiety that you are experiencing.
Attending a cultural event can have an impact on endocrine activity. It can reduce levels of stress hormone cortisol.
I am sure you know that cortisol is a hormone that is produced by the body under psychological and physical stress.
Of course, cortisol may have a positive effect in small doses, but chronically elevated cortisol levels can make your medical worsen medical conditions (heart disease, diabetes, hypertension).
However, researchers noted that this study focused on the effects of calm, classical music. Surely, there needs to be more research about different genre effects on stress reduction.
Either way, because of the results of this study we start to think about how cultural (music and art) influence our health and well-being.
