I think we all want to know how to tell if we are stressed, and there isn’t anything weird about it. Why? Because sometimes you don’t know that your headache is related to stress. Yes? Why these emotions and feelings are so strong and overwhelming? Is it because of the deadline of your project or something else?

At first, I will talk about emotions and feelings that are strongly related to stressful situations.
Overwhelmed
When I am stressed, I feel overwhelmed, and my mind is full of thoughts and worries about shoulds and musts.
At that moment I can’t think very clearly. It’s like running towards or from something., and I never know which is it. Because as I said I don’t think clearly, and I only can understand these things, when stress is gone.
Stress can cloud your judgment like it does for me. I always enjoy moments, when I don’t feel stress – these quiet and peaceful days full of joy. Do you feel overwhelmed from time to time? Is it from stress?

Sometimes I can’t really know what to do. I can even get frozen in place or stuck because there are so much to do but I don’t have enough time to complete everything I should. It’s a terrible feeling.
Overwhelmed – can describe many emotions that you can feel. It can be the worry, racing thoughts, floods of emotions. I am sure we can look at this from many angles, and the answers can vary. There won’t be the right one even if we think we have. How about you?
Anxiety
The most terrible feeling is anxiety, especially if you feel like that all the time and I don’t want any of you to experience it. But definitely, you feel anxiety when you are stressed and worry about the present and the future not knowing, what to do and how to accomplish your tasks and achieve your goals.

As you know, anxiety is related to stress, but if you are constantly anxious, you may have another problem – anxiety disorder.
How To Deal With Your Feelings And Emotions?
I believe that sometimes you can’t tell if you are stressed or not. People intend to hide their feelings and emotions even from themselves. Are you one of those people? Or you are like me? I always try to understand my feelings and emotions. That is why I write a diary where I explore myself. I love to write about my perceptions of the world, my feelings and my universe. Writing is a great way to deal with stress.
How Does Your Body Feel?
Eating. You can have cravings for some foods because you want to eat away your stress. For example, I wanted sweets so badly because they made me feel better.
Pains. Stress can cause you headaches and back pains. Lately, I read an amazing article about back pains that stress causes, and I encourage for you to read it too. I will be writing an article in the future about this theme too, but usually, I focus more on things that can relieve stress.
