My story

Once upon a time, I struggled with a rash related to my anxiety and how stressed and worried I felt at those times. Then I started to practice loving-kindness meditation and everything was easier from that time and also my rush was gone. Still, I experience that the things done then count today from being more grateful about small things to understanding how emotional well-being is essential in my life. For sure many of us can share similar stories like that.

Anyway, it is not just about feeling good in the short term—this is about creating sustainable habits that contribute to long-term happiness and health. If we put in the work, we all would see those benefits sooner than later.

It is also important to remember that nurturing our inner well-being is not an act of selfishness. That is a necessary part of being human.
