    Thank you for providing such useful information. I always wondered about how much should be consumed for cinnamon. I use this spice almost every day. I appreciate you putting in the recommended amount of 1/2 to 1 teaspoon, as I honestly have not measured in the past. I also will watch more the type I buy as I enjoy the Vietnamese variety of this spice. However, if Ceylon has an increased health benefit then I will consider purposely buying this too. I also appreciate the background on how it affects and can improve one’s health.
