When you are physically occupied with squeezing a stress ball, your mind isn’t focused on the things, that you are stressed about. Your brain concentrates on the activity coming in through your hand, and in that way, you use less energy for stress. This toy can help you to relieve stress and relax.

Stress balls are great, they allow you to hold them in one hand and squeeze while you complete another task, which is a fidgeting technique used to treat children with autism and ADHD. I love the 3rd set, lol. The faces are so funny. I can imagine squeezing the ball with the tongue sticking out and it is saying”please don’t squeeze me” LOL! Or the one about to vomit, They are too cute! Excellent review, I gotta get me a squeeze ball.

    • Yes, indeed. Stress balls can help to reduce stress for adults and children and treat ADHD and autism.
I love the 3rd set too, and maybe I am a little bit childish. 🙂
I need to buy a stress ball too.

  2. Hello Linda,

It is surprising how such a small thing can reduce the stress naturally and in an effective way.
The reviews you make are really cool.
i personally like the emoji stress balls.
The Squishy Balls Emoji are so cute. They would be a perfect gift for a child to play with even though children aren’t usually stressed.

      Hi, Asen!
It looks like definitely, I need one too. Thanks for sharing your opinion!
I just love the Squishy Balls Emoji, and I agree that they would be a great gift for a child. Sometimes children have a problem with anxiety, and these stress balls can help them easy that. I remember being stressed and anxious when I started to go to school, and that time I was very young.

  3. I had some of those grips that you squeeze for the longest time…don’t need them any more but they helped my stress levels. Like you said by taking your mind off the troubling thing or event.

It may have just been me but using them grips meant I was making myself better by strengthening myself. that always makes a difference in my reality.

Now I am just able to not label whatever it is that could be taken as ‘bad’ by other non enlightened ones, and life is good.
