I live in place (East coast of England) where it does get quite a lot of sun in the summer and I’m always walking around in it! In the winter it’s a completely different story and so taking vitamin D tablets is a must.

I have been supplementing for many years, with amounts up to 20,000 IU and I have settled back down to 10,000 IU a day. I t has helped me with joint pain as well as depression. Hey great post! Vitamin D is super important especially in the winter, a lot of people including myself, suffer from the winter blues. So getting that D3 in can massively boost your mood and reduce the likelihood of depression! I actually have the Nu nutrition soft gels and I take them daily they are really good =)
