Wow, I can only agree to that. I’m right now graduating from school and over the last months I had massive headaches and was already worried I got some disease. But since I did wrote all the exams and I’m basically done with school the headaches are gone. Stress is really bad and made me really exhausted, it was a hard time, but now I’m so happy that I can now relax for the next months till I gonna start studying.

Hi, Niklas!
Constant stress is very bad for us.
It is so great to hear that now you are feeling much better. I know from my experience that school time can be difficult and stressful. It was really hard for me and now I am happy that school is finished and some years are passed. Relax and enjoy now! I wish you good luck! For me, time in university was less stressful than in school. You can try different methods of relaxation, for example, meditation, physical activities, reading, creative activities, being in nature and doing something you enjoy. These things can help you to reduce stress.

Yes, I had a similar experience some years ago, but I have since learned how to better handle these situations. I now stop and smell the roses along the way. Taking breaks are important for good health, so I change my scenery occasionally. All the best.

Stressful situations sometimes are difficult to handle, but we need to do it if we want to be healthy and live happily.

Stress is killing more people than we seem to understand. I knew someone who got horrible bumps on her face and it was stress related. She spent hours seeing doctors, but to no avail until she accepted it was stress and learned how to de-stress, or better yet, avoid stress.
I am learning to not sweat about the things I can’t change and focus on the ones I can.

Hi, Josephine! I agree.
I see. In fact, many diseases are related to stress. If we could reduce or avoid stress, then we can be healthy.
Great! Me too. We can’t change everything, but we can change how we look at it, our perception.
